How can I help? -There are a variety of ways to help to help in the organization. You may want to visit the job description section on this site to fully understand the different ways in which you can volunteer. Job descriptions
What time does practice start? -See the Practice Schedule under the Swimmers tab. Practice Schedule
How do I stay on top of what is going on? -To really stay abreast of events and happenings please check your swim team folder several times each week. All official correspondence goes through the folder or on rare occassions is handed to your swimmer directly. (so check the swim bag) DO NOT have your child check the folder for you. Experience has shown that to be the biggest source of lost information.
Log in to this website frequently.
Build a close friendship with your mentor so you together can keep each other aware of the latest swim team news.
Make sure the email and phone numbers that the Parents Organization have for you are current.

Who do I talk to about an issue? -If your concern/question is related to the swim team program or swim team processes then contact your Mentor or Team Representative.
If your concern/question is related to a coach`s performance then speak to the coach first then, if needed, contact Coach Ray and the Parent Org. President.
You may feel free to contact your mentor or any Executive Board member at any time. See the Officers tab for phone numbers. Officers The Parent Organization President is always available for questions/concerns.
Remember, the first rule of swimming is to have fun. If you have a concern/question, please contact someone above ASAP.
WHERE is the MEET? How do I get there? -See the Driving Directions Tab Driving Directions
How do we get our kids Dual Meet Times? -All Dual Meet Times will be posted in the designated binders in the swim team folder rack at the YMCA. Please keep a best time log for your child and update it after each meet. Please DO NOT use the Y copy machine. The copy machine is only to be used by authorized personnel.
